Sales Manager – Allen Motor Group (Solihull)

We are looking to employ a Sales Manager responsible for leading a dynamic, fast‑paced sales department at our KIA dealership in Solihull. The role is full‑time permanent, offers a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus over‑achievement bonus, and reports to the Brand Manager.

• Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
• Strong awareness of financial compliance
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Analytical approach to problem solving

• Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
• Conduct reviews of both new and used car operations, including stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
• Ensure AMG, legislative and FCA compliance, including auditing deal files per requirements
• Deliver high customer service experience across all departments
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet deadlines
