Deputy Manager - £32,000 package - Solihull
Deputy Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager at a high end Gastro-Pub in Warwickshire. The successful Deputy Manager will come from a similar background, and must be able to demonstrate delivery of quality at volume, as well as being the perfect host and be fully accountable in the absence of the GM. This is the ideal role for a strong Assistant Manager or someone who is already a Deputy Manager, looking to polish their skills.
Role- Very hands on - you will be leading from the front!
- Leading a team of up to 15-20
- Strong leadership required in the GM s absence
- Being the ultimate host - greeting the regulars with a huge smile, and creating new regulars with your proven skills at being the heart of your local community
- You must be able to think on your feet
- You must be able to drive and possess your own transport
- Hugely successful independent operator
- Opening new pubs every year
- Massively busy pub for both Wet and Dry sales
- Very affluent area
- Clear route of progression
