  • Own and manage development critical paths, ensuring milestones and seasonal deadlines are achieved.
  • Take responsibility for garment construction, fit, and overall product execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and technical teams to ensure products align with design intent, fit standards, and performance requirements.
  • Coordinate development activities across Colour, Raw Materials, Fit, Quality, and Sourcing teams.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all seamless product development topics.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical specifications, development timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure products are tested appropriately and comply with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate sustainability and performance claims throughout the development process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve development challenges to minimise delays and maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate development documentation, including tech packs, approvals, and sealed samples.
  • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical product development.
  • Expertise in seamless product development and seamless manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of product development critical paths and key milestones.
  • Knowledge of colour development, raw material technologies, garment testing, and quality processes.
  • Understanding of sustainability practices, product compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Design, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and supplier partners.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience using PLM systems, Excel, CAD software, and other product development tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within global manufacturing and sourcing environments.
