Residential Building Surveyor – AssocRICS/MRICS at Haydens Residential Surveying. Salary £50,000‑£60,000 plus bonus and car scheme. Permanent, full‑time, based in Black Country, West Midlands.
About the CompanyHaydens Residential Surveying is an independent RICS Residential Surveying business based in the West Midlands, looking for a skilled and enthusiastic surveyor to join the team.
Job Description- Undertake residential valuations and inspections in accordance with RICS standards.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports including Home Buyer and Building Surveys.
- Advise clients on property conditions, defects, and associated risks.
- Manage instructions independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance notes, and best practice.
- Contribute to business development through professional conduct and repeat client referrals.
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Experience in residential surveys and valuations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality reports.
- A customer‑focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude – we believe in working together for the best outcomes.
- Salary £50,000‑£60,000 DOE plus bonus scheme
