Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Sales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Solihull. This role is all about loving our customers - you will be managing and assisting with both face to face and digital enquiries to ensure that customers drive away in the right product.
Details: 5-day, 42 hour working week, with a £22,770 basic salary + uncapped commission, bonus and company car. The role reports to the Sales Manager. The job includes sales targets and, historically, average earnings figures have been around £46,000 for a Sales Advisor when targets are met in the right way for customers.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone and digital channels
- Meet personal and team-based sales targets
- Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products
- Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
- A passion for providing amazing customer service
- Great selling and influencing skills
- A talent for communication
- A full UK driving licence
- An appreciation of the importance of the sales process
- Company car
