Key Responsibilities     Make outbound calls to engage with business clients
Communicate confidently in English with customers and prospects
Generate leads and set appointments
Provide information about services and respond to client queries
Maintain and update customer databases
Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls
Book attendees for events and support marketing campaigns
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

What Were Looking For     South African applicants with fluent English-speaking ability
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with clients over the phone
Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential)
Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
Well-organised with good time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Must be available to work on-site in Solihull
Hours     Full-time or part-time hours available
Weekday shifts with some flexibility
