Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time & Compressed Hours options available (Core Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am – 2:45pm)

Pay Rate:
Up to £13.50 per hour (Depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

Contract:

About the Opportunity

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established B2B lead generation specialist based in the Solihull area. Known for their collaborative team culture, comprehensive training programmes, and high operational standards, they support growth for clients across a wide range of commercial sectors.

In this varied outbound role, you will lead non-scripted, professional business conversations with company decision-makers. Full campaign training is provided to help you absorb client product details, identify business needs, and secure qualified face-to-face appointments for field representatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Outbound Engagement - Conduct non-scripted, professional telephone conversations with business managers and decision-makers.

* Appointment Setting - Uncover client requirements, introduce core product/service benefits, and schedule qualified meetings for field teams.

* Campaign Absorption - Learn and absorb key industry concepts and product details across diverse client campaigns (with full support from internal trainers).

* Quality & Accuracy - Ensure all logged appointments are accurately vetted and meet internal quality standards.

* System Administration - Maintain accurate call logs, client records, and pipeline updates within the central CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking confident, articulate individuals who are eager to learn and comfortable engaging with business clients on the phone.

Key Qualifications & Attributes:

* Communication Skills - Articulate, persuasive telephone manner with the confidence to conduct professional, non-scripted discussions.

* Relevant Experience - Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, retail sales, or telesales is highly desirable.

* Learning Capability - The ability to absorb new information quickly and speak knowledgeably about different products or services.

* Resilience & Focus - A positive attitude, good active listening skills, and the persistence needed for target-driven telephone work.

* Local Commute - Candidates must live within a short, reliable commute of the office location (approx. 7-mile radius of Solihull)
