We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client's exciting new development in Radcliffe on Trent in Nottingham.
This is a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. It is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional with proven experience in new homes sales.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving sales targets.
Location:Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including weekend working
Salary: Circa £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) plus commission

The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2-3 years previous experience in New Homes Sales (essential)
- Experience selling high value properties (preferable)
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to build rapport quickly and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota
