• Reach and engage people in custody, prison and the community
• Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support

• Coordinate multi‑agency responses to reduce reoffending

• Experience supporting people affected by substance use
• Strong communication, assessment and relationship building skills
• Confidence working across agencies and in the community
• A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to recovery‑focused practice. Police vetting and travel across Solihull area required.
