- Reach and engage people in custody, prison and the community
- Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support
- Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change
- Coordinate multi‑agency responses to reduce reoffending
- Track progress, outcomes and the impact of your work

- Experience supporting people affected by substance use
- Strong communication, assessment and relationship building skills
- Confidence working across agencies and in the community
- A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to recovery‑focused practice. Police vetting and travel across Solihull area required.
