People Solutions  are currently recruiting for an  HGV Class 1 Driver  to join our well-established client based in  Solihull, West Midlands .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, immediate starts, and genuine temp-to-permanent opportunities.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an  LGV Class 1 Driver ,  Class 1 Driver , or  CE Driver . Great opportunity for newly passed drivers with a minimum of three months' experience.
Rates of Pay:
Monday to Friday | £19.00 per hour
Saturday | £22.00 per hour
Sunday | £23.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Sunday | Start times between 15:00 and 21:00
Weekend work available if wanted

Day-to-Day Duties:
As an  HGV Class 1 Driver , you will work:
Trunking work
Driving and operating Category C+E (Class
1) vehicles
Ensuring all loads are secure before transportation
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Assisting with loading and unloading where required

Skills:

To be successful as an  HGV Class 1 Driver , you will need:
Valid UK Category C+E (Class
1) Driving Licence
Minimum of three months' Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
Desirable

Experience:

Previous commercial Class 1 driving experience
Experience working within a fast-paced transport operation
Training:
Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
