Position Summary:

OPS are responsible for delivering the best-in-class service to customers on orders while working directly with the sales and customer service teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Follows up with internal and external customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Ensures order accuracy.
  • Coordinates with design team to bridge any gaps
  • Responsible for creating the order, approving orders, and arranging delivery.
  • Handle all inbound calls and email from customers.
  • Accountable for estimate que daily, order processing, and competed cases.
  • Submit weekly and/ or monthly reports as requested
  • Attends all meetings and training as required.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues and management in other locations
  • Utilizes problem solving skills to respond to and resolve routine customer service issues via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence and/or electronic communication, and in person according to all company policies, standard operating procedures and contract coverage
  • Maintains current knowledge of all company policies, procedures, & programs
  • Manage the entirety of the ordering process, ensuring order accuracy, updating order changes, and delighting customers
  • Address customer concerns, rectifying any errors and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary.
Required Education & Skills
  • Proven work experience 3-5 years
  • Customer centric,
  • Ability to use a telephone system and headset.
  • Passion for helping customers and resolving customer concerns whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • A successful record working in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
