Schedule:

Full-Time, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with rotating Saturdays (weekday off when a Saturday is worked). Compensation: $18-$28 per hour with uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

Handle high outbound and inbound call volume with professionalism and urgency
Use your industry expertise to guide homeowners and answer product questions
Convert homeowner inquiries into scheduled appointments
Partner with sales and operations for smooth handoffs and a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

2+ years of high-volume call center experience
Experience in exterior home improvement or construction customer service
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfort using CRMs and Microsoft Office
Dependable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
High School Diploma or GED
