Massage Therapist role at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

• Total pay of $60,000 to $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for full-time LMT's
• Dental, vision, life, supplemental, paid time off and pet insurance
• Bi-weekly pay with tips paid out the same day (coming soon)

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
