Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce skills and behavior plans.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in compliance with RBT certification guidelines.
- Must have RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
