Provide 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
Assist clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce skills and behavior plans.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in compliance with RBT certification guidelines.
Must have RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
High school diploma or higher (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus).
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
