Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide at-home physical therapy services across Cleveland’s east side, Euclid, Solon and surrounding communities. You will work under a Physical Therapist, helping patients gain strength, mobility, and confidence at home.
The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, an active Ohio PTA license, and travel to patient homes (approximately 50%). Home health experience and Homecare Homebase knowledge are preferred.
