🎯 What You’ll Do (and Crush)

As a Legal Recruiter at Direct Recruiters, Inc., you’ll help top legal professionals take the next step in their careers—and help law firms and corporate legal departments build the teams that drive their success.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle: building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and making high-impact matches that change lives and shape organizations.

• Identify, engage, and qualify top legal talent (attorneys, paralegals, legal operations leaders, and more)
• Develop strong relationships with law firm partners and corporate hiring leaders
• Present exceptional candidates and manage searches from start to finish
• Guide candidates through the interview and offer process with professionalism and insight
• Stay current on market trends, compensation data, and industry movements
