* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage data accurately and stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and look for opportunities to proactively provide insights and solutions to help drive informed decision-making throughout the organization.  

This role will primarily support Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade Asset Management.

* + Build collaborative relationships to become trusted, strategic partners that enable stakeholders to achieve their goals and initiatives

+ Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPI's) and develop solutions to find, track, and communicate data-driven insights

+ Lead the up leveling of stakeholders by championing data fluency throughout the organization with the creation of documentation, training, and coaching

+ Facilitate the development of new technical capabilities required to take advantage of upcoming investments geared towards digital transformation

** Insight and Solution Creation:*
* + Translate business needs and requirements into projects and manage by setting realistic milestones, deliverables, and achievable value

+ Extract meaningful insights from various data sources by utilizing statistical techniques and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and optimization

+ Provide actionable, fact-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance

+ Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
