Training is at the core of making that happen.
We are looking for a passionate, people-first Training Manager to elevate team performance, develop Certified Trainers, and ensure every new Brewista enters our stands ready to shine.
YOUR MISSIONAs Training Manager, you are the heartbeat of our people development engine. You will lead all training initiatives across your region — from new stand opening training to ongoing team development. You will build a strong pipeline of Certified Trainers, coach new and existing team members, and deliver engaging training experiences that strengthen culture, performance, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements What You’ll Do Lead Training for All New Store Openings- Plan and execute full training weeks for new stand openings.
- Write and manage the first four weeks of schedules for new teams, including Swag Day.
- Ensure new team members are set up in all required systems and operational applications.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Certified Trainers who deliver consistent, high-quality in-stand training.
- Assess organizational training needs and build strategies that support company growth.
- Provide ongoing coaching, communication, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Create, refine, and facilitate dynamic training content for diverse roles and learning styles.
- Lead learning through classroom instruction, hands‑on training, and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Ensure all training reinforces Brewtopia’s culture, mission, and values.
- Visit stands regularly to support training quality, connect with team members, and gather feedback.
- Actively participate in regional communication channels to stay aligned and accessible.
- Build positive, authentic relationships that nurture a culture of growth and kindness.
- Work closely with Operations, NSO, HR, and Support Center teams to maintain alignment across all training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, materials, and training processes.
- Support company‑wide initiatives that elevate team performance and operational excellence.
- 2+ years of experience in training, leadership development, or people management (QSR/coffee/restaurant preferred).
- A motivating, inspiring leader who loves coaching and developing others.
- Highly organized with an obsession for detail and follow-through.
- An excellent communicator — confident speaking to groups, leading meetings, and coaching one‑on‑one.
- A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, guest‑focused environments.
- Comfortable with regular travel to support openings, conduct training, and visit stands.
- Operationally strong, with working proficiency in stand operations, tools, and software platforms.
- $75,000 annual salary
