• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics
• Ensure jobsite safety and clear communication
• Proactively resolve issues and drive projects forward
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners

• 2+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling software and construction platforms (Procore, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a solution-driven mindset
