Machine Operator

Join to apply for the Machine Operator role at Rize Home. Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill the Machine Operator opening. The ideal candidate will have a positive, energetic approach to working in a fast-paced, team environment. This role is responsible for the completion of finished good assemblies, painting of the components and assemblies, and packing the product for our customers.

All Ohio Warehouse and Production employees must be part of Teamsters Local Union 507 30 days after hire date.

• Assembly of steel components.
• Loading of components and assemblies onto paint line.
• Unloading of paint line.
• Final assembly of product.
• Packing and labeling of product.
• Complete quality checks on product being produced.
• Identify operational problems and ask for assistance.
• Perform all duties with safety and sanitation in mind; following all SOP guidelines and work instructions.

• Previous production experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• An eagerness to work and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in a cross-functional, team environment.
• Follow applicable housekeeping and safety procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

• This position is highly physical and requires lifting of up to 70 pounds. While in the warehouse, safety requirements must be closely followed.

Starting pay: $14.87/hr.
