• Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facility systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with accuracy
• Execute tasks from maintenance logs and preventative schedules
• Collaborate directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leads
• Maintain tool inventory, flag part needs, and document work
• Keep your area organized and functional for the next shift
• Ensure all work meets internal safety and operating standards
• Stay ahead of downtime, not behind it

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year hands-on experience in maintenance (industrial, facilities, automotive, or similar)
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms
• Willing to work in an industrial environment (dust, noise, movement)
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and skills assessment

• $23.00–$28.00/hour, based on technical experience
• Flexible weekday shifts — no on-call, no mandatory weekends
