Recycling​/Tow Motor Operator

We are seeking a dependable Recycling / Tow Motor Operator to support our production operations on 2nd Shift
. This position is responsible for safely operating a tow motor, including using the gears/controls, to collect, transport, and dump scrap and recyclable materials throughout the facility.

• 2nd Shift: 4:30pm to 3:00am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

• Safely operate a tow motor and properly use its gears and controls.
• Collect scrap and recyclable materials from production work cells.
• Transport and dump materials into designated recycling containers.
• Move plastic totes and materials as needed.
• Safely navigate tight spaces and active production areas.
• Keep the recycling area and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all forklift and facility safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous tow motor/forklift experience preferred.
• Experience operating a tow motor with manual gear controls is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
• Drug Screening and Background checks are required.

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour.
