Market-level transformation leader and single point of contact for assigned factories/categories. Partners shoulder-to-shoulder with factory leadership to understand losses, leadership capability, and system health, then connects the right Manufacturing Excellence levers and resources.

Main Purpose of Job:
The Manufacturing Excellence Expert accelerates operational performance across the Nestlé USA manufacturing network by developing autonomous teams, advancing TPM 7+4 and Industrial Performance systems, strengthening Daily Management Operations, eliminating chronic losses, and enabling data-driven decision making. The role coaches Factory Leadership Teams, Factory ME Managers, Production Managers, pillar leaders, and system owners through a hands-on “coach by doing” approach while scaling proven practices across factories.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive Manufacturing Strategy and Factory Execution Translate market and category priorities into factory implementation roadmaps and governance routines.

Use business priorities, loss analysis, benchmarks, digital opportunities, and factory maturity to Focused Improvement principles.
