Salary Range: $17.00 To $21.00 Hourly

We are actively hiring for the position of Box Machine Operator for our plant in Solon, OH.

Shift

3 rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM

1 st Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Box-on
- Demand Operators

Make all styles of boxes for products.
Able to measure and weigh products for the most economical shipping box.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Reload machine with fanfold material.

2. UPS/Fed Ex

Verify shipping boxes on skids for the correct carrier.
Load UPS truck at end of shift.
Move skids to Fed Ex pick-up area.

3. BOD leftover material

Process through Pac Master
Communicate with management/team lead to ensure all duties assigned are completed.

4. Performs any other future jobs/needs of the Packing/Shipping department.

Qualifications

Good problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Ability to use hand/power tools and safe use of them.
Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.
At least 1 year of packing experience in a warehouse setting.
