• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

• Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent or broker
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
