Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring full-time opening Team Members for our Front of House and Back of House teams. Both roles work5:30 AM–2:00 PM
, with a meal break.

This role is a good fit for someone who is dependable in the early morning, enjoys working with a team, and takes pride in helping the restaurant get ready for the day. After opening, you will continue supporting your team through breakfast and lunch.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train dependable people who are willing to learn, receive coaching, and contribute wherever they are needed.

This is more than a short-term or seasonal position. We are looking for people who want consistent, all-year employment and an opportunity to become an important part of our team.

Opening Team Members help get the restaurant ready for a successful day. Once we open, you will continue working with your team to serve guests through breakfast and lunch.

We are hiring for two areas:

This role focuses on preparing our guest service areas and serving guests throughout the morning and lunch shift.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing the front counter, drive-thru, and guest areas for opening
• Making sure supplies and workstations are stocked and ready
• Welcoming and serving guests with care
• Taking orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru
• Preparing drinks, desserts, and other menu items
• Delivering meals to guests
• Keeping guest areas and workstations clean and organized
• Supporting and communicating with teammates during busy periods

This role focuses on preparing the kitchen and helping produce food safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing kitchen workstations for opening
• Making sure ingredients, supplies, and equipment are ready
• Preparing, assembling, and packaging food
• Following food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Communicating with teammates to keep orders moving accurately
• Supporting the team through breakfast and lunch service

Early preparation matters. We are looking for people who arrive on time, get started with purpose, and help their teammates stay ready as the restaurant gets busy.

These are full-time positions, generally working
five days per week and 35–40 hours per week

Front of House and Back of House opening schedule: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, with a meal break.
