As an Assistant Unit Manager at Mitra QSR, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager and help oversee three key areas of our business:

  You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service.

  Your team will take pride in delivering great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant. As a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), speed and quality are our priorities.

• 1 year management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. .
• Must pass a criminal background check and be able to manage minors.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty‑five pounds.
