• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
• Identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial customers (excavation).
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water for residential and commercial market (water restoration).
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Plumbing experience is not required or required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of common software programs.
• Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services strongly desired; all outside sales experience will be considered.
