Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven, self‑motivated New Business Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key industries. This role is focused on outbound selling, lead generation, and converting new prospects into long‑term customers. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the thermal processing and heat‑treating industries, industrial process control systems, and comfortable working in technical, compliance‑driven environments.
Ideal candidates will possess a thorough understanding of strategic, opportunistic, and executive selling along with strong business and financial acumen. You’ll be supported by a marketing team, robust CRM tools, and an experienced service organization. This is a commission‑driven role with a competitive base salary and high earning potential based on results.
- Drive new business via outbound sales efforts, including leveraging Zoom Info, cold calling, and multi‑channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to consistently engage and convert high‑value prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Metals, Water Treatment).
- Own your sales pipeline in Hub Spot — track activity, forecast opportunities, and use data to optimize performance and exceed revenue goals.
- Partner with engineering, service, and marketing teams to develop accurate quotes, align on solutions, and ensure a seamless handoff from first contact to project delivery.
- Position Conrad Kacsik as a trusted industry leader through networking, thought leadership, and consultative conversations that build long‑term customer relationships.
- 5‑8 years of B2B sales experience (thermal processing industry, process control systems; regulatory compliance is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Engineering or technical background; ability to speak confidently about our solutions.
- Familiarity with Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive Industries.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM proficiency required (Hub Spot preferred).
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Service, Marketing) to deliver client solutions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
