We’re looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Services & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning team!
As a leading distributor of interior finish products, we offer an extensive range of solutions including wall coverings, acoustic products, digital wall coverings, wood veneers, flooring, laminates, and specialty finishes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both people and projects.
What You’ll Do:- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Process orders and ensure accurate, timely entry
- Prepare and deliver project quotes
- Maintain and update project information in our CRM system
- Coordinate and pull product samples
- Communicate with designers, contractors, and vendors
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Client services or inside sales experience preferred
