Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio has seasonal and full-time career positions for outdoor lighting installers to install low-voltage residential lighting systems. No electrical experience necessary; training is provided. We are Northeast Ohio's leading outdoor lighting company. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and a friendly work environment. Overtime and commission opportunities available.

• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
• Provide customers with system orientation as applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
  
  Running and burying low-voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

• Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
• Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people
• Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
• Above-average technical ability
• Attention to detail and respect for our customers' property
• Systematic in their approach
• Proactive, problem solver
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideal candidates should have varied technical and computer experience.
