• Engage in sorting and organizing 5+ hours per day, Monday through Friday, and run routes when assigned.
• Report in a timely fashion, wear a clean uniform, and maintain communication with the dispatch office regarding any shorts, returns, or other sorting and organizing issues.
• Maintain physical and mental readiness to effectively perform assigned tasks.
• Close the warehouse, and open if needed.
• Ensure the right package is sorted for every load to guarantee On Time Delivery, with superior attention to detail.
• Sort Freight and organize pickups for drivers in the North Carolina Area; enforce positive partnerships with clients and team members for an optimal working environment.
• Transport and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner when assigned to routes; load and unload items for drivers as needed.
• Attend regular meetings to discuss safety, quality, and ideas for improvement; maintain a clean and orderly work area; have a flexible work schedule to meet demand; deal with stressful situations and generate solutions; drive in inclement weather with minimal adverse effect on delivery schedules.

• Impeccable and superior attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and report directly to your area manager on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack or electric pallet jack.
• Flexible schedule allowing for possible routes and deliveries when required.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, handle complaints, and generate effective solutions that align with DDS standards.
• Computer literacy with technology intuitiveness and demonstrated detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to lift/pick up boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Uniform and Branding compliance.
• Completion of assigned routes.

  Salary based on experience
• Yearly evaluations for pay increases
• Day range:
  Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Experience level: 1 to 2 years
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
• Shift availability:
  Monday through Friday; flexibility in the morning to run routes when needed
