• Sort and dismantle electronic equipment
• Follow established steps to break down items safely and efficiently
• Work at a consistent pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Use basic tools to remove parts, separate materials, and prepare items for processing
• Communicate with your team and leads to keep flow on track
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next batch
• Sort and track items accurately using internal procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
• Choose from three flexible weekday shifts — no weekends, no forced OT
