Job Summary: We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers / Unloaders to join our team s position involves various warehouse duties such as unloading, receiving, loading, palletizing, and general warehouse work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center in Solon, OH.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading trucks and loading trailers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Picking warehouse orders accurately.
• Keeping the dock clean and maintaining warehouse safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Full‑time.
• Shift: 1st Shift Full Time 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Pay:
  Based on weekly productivity metrics laid out by the client. While you will never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average associate to be earning in the $22‑$26/hour range.
