Order Selector

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Order Selector candidate to join our team in Bedford, OH. The ideal candidate should work well with others, follow company policies and safety procedures, and accurately complete all required job duties and requirements.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to accurately pick, organize, and prepare products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Pay Rate: $20.00 Shift/

Hours:

1st Shift / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

• Weekly Pay Full Time Hours Contract-to-Hire Opportunities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders and pick tickets.
• Locate products throughout the warehouse using inventory information and RF scanners.
• Verify product numbers, descriptions, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Wrap, label, and stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Load and unload products and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and operating standards.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory, and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and performance expectations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Previous forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
