Armada Staffing Group is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor associates for in Solon, Ohio. Associates will load boxes into overseas shipping containers, ensuring materials are stacked strategically to maximize available space while maintaining safe handling practices. Successful candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Load and unload boxes and materials into overseas shipping containers.
- Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Stack boxes strategically to maximize container space and ensure an efficient loading process.
- Follow instructions from the on-site supervisor and designated team leaders.
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete loading assignments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow established safety procedures.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Complete additional general labor duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the work shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work area.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical warehouse work.
- Clothing must not contain offensive language or graphics.
- No loose or baggy clothing.
- Pants must be worn properly around the waist.
- Athletic shoes are acceptable.
