Der Kanton Solothurn sucht per 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Richter/-in am Kantonalen Steuergericht (Nebenamt) am Standort Solothurn. Schwerpunkt ist die Verfassungs- und Rechtsanwendung in allen Steuerkompetenzen.
Zu den Aufgaben gehört das Verfassen von Urteilsvorschlägen und das Urteilen im Kollegialgericht. Die Wahl wird durch den Kantonsrat getroffen, und die Justizkommission führt das Vorverfahren durch.
