Supply Chain Team Lead

An internationally operating industrial company in a regulated manufacturing environment is looking for a Team Lead IT Supply Chain to drive global IT-enabled supply chain operations and digital transformation initiatives.

This newly created leadership position combines people management, SAP expertise and international stakeholder coordination in a high-impact environment.

• Lead and develop a team of IT Supply Chain specialists (approx. 7 FTE)
• Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of SAP-based supply chain applications
• Act as business partner for Logistics, Procurement, Quality and Maintenance
• Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., warehouse automation, SAP optimization, process standardization)
• Own international stakeholder management across Europe, Asia and North America
• Manage external service providers and control area budget
• Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions

• 5+ years experience in IT-enabled Supply Chain / Logistics environments
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong SAP knowledge, ideally MM, SD and/or EWM
• Experience with global supply chain structures
• Understanding of end-to-end processes (Procurement, Warehouse, Distribution, Quality)
• Experience in regulated industries is an advantage
• Fluent German and English (C1 level)
