Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten IT - Field Supporter (alle) für eine Vollzeitfestanstellung im Bereich Informatik / Telekommunikation.
Erwartetes Profil- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ mit kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung im ICT-Bereich
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 und Azure Cloud Services
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken
- Service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstark, pflichtbewusst, kundenorientiert und teamfähig
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams
- Deutsch C1 und Englisch B2
- Unterstützung bei der Berufsbildung von Lernenden in der Abteilung
