Your Mission | You…

... ensure compliance with DSG/DSV and continuously develop our data protection processes.
... maintain the directory of processing activities and support data protection impact assessments.
... accompany new projects, systems, and processes as well as the use of external service providers from a data protection perspective.
... coordinate data protection incidents, requests from affected individuals, and contact with the EDÖB.
... raise awareness and train employees, thereby strengthening a lived data protection culture.
... advise management and specialist departments and work closely with IT, information security, legal, and HR.

Your Profile | You…

... have a university degree in law, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in data protection/compliance.
... bring several years of experience in data protection and are familiar with DSG/DSV and, ideally, GDPR.
... have experience with DPIAs, supervisory authorities, and collaboration with IT and information security.
... understand technical protective measures and ideally have experience in transformation projects; knowledge of KVG is a plus.
... communicate very well in German and well in French and work carefully, solution-oriented, and appropriately for the audience.
