The Revenue Cycle Associate is responsible for completing the following tasks in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner:

• Responsible for coding and processing medical claims
• Resolve patient inquiries regarding their statements
• Review remittance for outstanding claims and route to appropriate system
• Manage denials that are deemed they should be appealed
• Requisition refunds for patients
• Monitor the billing and assist in processing A/P
• Reconcile POs, invoices, statements, and prepare them for payment
• Maintains patient confidentiality and performs position responsibilities in an ethical and professional manner
• Collaborates with patients, significant others, physicians and other ancillary departments to become a multidisciplinary health care team whose goal is to provide care that is continuous and well-coordinated

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, and medical practice services and routines.
• Medical Billing Experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in CPT/ICD coding
