About the Role: At Skin and Aesthetics Center
, our Medical Assistants play a key role in delivering high-quality dermatologic and cosmetic care to our patients across our growing network of practice locations. As part of a comprehensive healthcare management services organization, this position combines clinical support with patient-centered service
, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience in a fast-paced, high-end medical setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about skin health and aesthetics. You'll work closely with our providers to assist during general dermatology and cosmetic procedures
, manage clinical flow, and contribute to a supportive, welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential

• Previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual (preferred) - ability to communicate with a diverse patient population
• Strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education

• Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures
• Take vital signs
  , review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system
• Assist providers with procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal
  , and aesthetic services (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables)
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following sterilization and safety protocols
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care
• Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Travel between assigned practice locations as needed to provide coverage
• Deliver a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish

• Reliable transportation required for travel between designated practice locations
