• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste, inventory levels, and resolve quality issues.
• Support strong team dynamics between back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house crew.
• Develop crew members into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment; report and facilitate repairs.
• Maintain injury and accident prevention standards.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO).

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High‑school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Base pay range: $17.40–$19.35/hour. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Digital tips are also eligible.
