Position summary and details are listed below. This role is part-time with a starting hourly rate of $17.75 per hour and a pay range of $17.75 - $26.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their specific needs and solve issues.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know available resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; follow safety policies and training; report hazards and correct when possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

Additional Capabilities and Working Conditions

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Maintain mobility for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
