Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company seeking a Director of Onboarding & Enablement to own the new customer implementation experience from signed agreement to steady state. You will build external knowledge bases, tutorial videos, training decks, and a governance model to keep content current.
You will design an internal enablement curriculum for Customer Success, Account Managers, and cross-functional peers, including a competency framework and KPI reporting.
