Job Overview

As an onsite Call Center Representative at TSI – Transworld Systems Inc., you will handle outbound and inbound collections calls, securing payment for past‑due accounts. Your role will be performed in our Somerset, KY office, using the Verint virtual interview platform for initial screening.

Base pay: $16.00 per hour plus bonuses. Pay range: USD $16.00 – $16.00 per hour.

3 days a week 8 am–5 pm; 2 days a week 12 pm–9 pm; 2 Saturdays a month 8 am–12 pm.

Outbound calling and accepting incoming calls regarding past‑due accounts, securing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem‑solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
