• 5 provider group: 3 surgeons/2 experienced APPs
• Ambulatory practice on hospital campus
• Intensivist-staffed ICU
• Inpatient and Outpatient Wound Care
• Average patient per clinic day: 15-20
• 3 DaVinci XI Robots
• Call: 1:4
• Locum support to ensure a work-life balance
• APP covers inpatient rounding
• Dedicated OR assists

• 8a-5p Mon-Thur. 8a-2p Fri
• Staffed with an on-site manager, nurses, office clerks, and a scheduler
• Patients are booked in 15-, 30-, or 60-minute increments
• Common procedures: excision of skin lesions, I&D of abscesses or seromas, anoscopy & hemorrhoid banding
