Schedule & Compensation- Full Time Nights (12 hours)
- Weekends – every other weekend
- Commitment Bonus: $15,000 (eligible after 90 days of employment)

Qualifications and RequirementsApplicants must have a current state RN license or a multistate compact RN licensure and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Additional Requirements- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire
- Requires critical‑thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- 25‑bed unit with private rooms
- All patients on telemetry monitor
- ADT Charge Nurse – assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Team nursing model
- Fast‑paced environment with high patient turnover
- Patient population includes heart history and post‑cardiac‑catheterization patients
- Assesses patient condition and nursing care needs
- Sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients
- Develops individual nursing care plans
- Implements care plans and makes revisions as needed
- Evaluates patient care outcomes
- Collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees
- Administers medications, treatments, and therapies
- Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care
- Provides patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to condition
- Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given
- Maintains facility equipment, supplies, and work areas
- Assists in orientation of new employees
- Coordinates and supervises activities of employees and department operations
- Participates in performance/process improvement activities
