As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult and geriatric patients, including medical history, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Administer and order necessary point-of-care and lab-based testing.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers to provide holistic care.
• Deliver services in the comfort of patients' homes or skilled nursing facilities.

• Flexibility: Schedule visits based on your availability, with assessments conducted from 8 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week.

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• A valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
